A fan favourite: the perfect combination of guidance and freedom! This class follows the Moksha sequence to a T, but it’s compartmentalised – 3 Moksha poses followed by a small section of time where you can be intuitive and do what YOU want to do. Flow, balance, stretch, rest, core work, kriyas…anything goes! We’ll meet up again for the next 3 Moksha poses and continue like this until we meet one final time for the most satisfying savasana. All levels welcome.
