Sarah started practicing yoga in 2010 and immediately felt right at home on her mat! After spending several years bouncing around the globe, she felt grounded and settled for the first time. Yoga has helped her calm her mind, listen to her body and focus on the important things in life.
After being introduced to the world of Moksha, Sarah knew that her path was going to lead her straight into this incredible community. She did her teacher training in Montreal 2012 and jumped right into Moksha Yoga Windsor on her return home. She feels so lucky to be a part of such an amazing community and looks forward to spreading the love, one sweaty class at a time!
